Change starts here
Many say they're "passionate" about diversity and inclusion. That's fine, but is it enough to make a genuine difference? My 30+ years of DEI experience has taught me that passion only gets you so far. Then you need deep insight, openness, empathy and a mix of skills to move the metrics that matter to business, in order to occupy space and have the ear of those with influence to make real change happen. What change would you like to make?
Our ways of working
You and your needs are unique, so we tailor our approach to suit your context, risks and aspirations.
We can work as interim executives or strategic advisors, partner with People and Culture teams or operate as end-to-end project managers, and everything in between. We are adaptable, capable and credible.
Troy pioneered flexible ways of working almost a decade ago, so we're guided by what the work needs in when, where and how we achieve the impact you need.
We are based in Australia, with global reach. Wherever we work in Australia, we're on Aboriginal land, and we pay respects to elders past and present.
Services
Our approach is outcome-focussed, evidence-based and people-centred.
Being more diverse and inclusive achieves better customer and community results and superior employee experiences.
The things we do have these outcomes at the core of their design and execution.
The "how" of our approach includes diagnostics and discovery, workshop facilitation, consultation and research, experiential learning, strategy and policy development, cultural reviews and recommendations, Board and C-suite coaching.
